Generally I think a Sunday can be a day with a little more indulgence… so often the kids and I will make a delicious dessert for Sunday night. This evening the boys and I headed to my Mum’s place for a wonderful roast and I said that the 3 of us would take care of dessert. Boys chose and we made chocolate mousse. They helped a lot by licking the bowl. I made a mental note to self that this is an easy dessert to make but best made when the other half is home to do the washing up.
Still, it’s a 3 ingredient wonder, made very quickly and with tremendous (mental) health benefits!
You can spice it up for adults with some added liquor in when you melt the chocolate.
As it happens it is also gluten free!
