It is great to hit the weekend today after a pretty busy week… we started this morning with a very french breakfast – croissants from a great little authentic bakery near me (le croissant – been around for over 40 years) with bowls of hot cocoa that the kids and I made ourselves. Naughty food but so good for your mental health and my kids could not believe they were allowed to drink from a bowl!
Then my older son had a play date and he asked me to make some muffins for morning tea – so I made this batch of the reasonably healthy lemon and yoghurt cupcakes that I wrote about a week or 2 ago. They smell delish and I am looking forward to one with a cup of tea later.
