This is another amazing recipe using mince… they are scrummy for dinner with some veggies and rice, moreish with drinks and great in a lunchbox. They are gluten free too. I often serve on toothpicks for a novelty factor with the kids. Serve them with hoisin sauce.

WHAT YOU NEED

500g chicken mince (i use thigh meat)

some salt and pepper

Grated garlic – about 1 clove

Grated ginger – about 2 teaspoons

Big splash tamari (about a tablespoon)

Splash maple syrup (about half a tablespoon)

2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

Mix all ingredients except the oil

Roll into golf ball sized balls

Fry in the oil until cooked through, or brush with oil and bake
